We know that organising a wedding is an immense pressure that many of us aren’t used to.
This was definitely the case for one Liverpool groom recently who ended up in jail after staging a terrifying bomb hoax after failing to book his wedding properly.
Neil McArdle realised the day before his wedding that he hadn’t confirmed his venue booking. He was so terrified to tell his would-be partner that on the day of his wedding he phoned in a bomb hoax to get the venue closed.
He was soon traced and eventually convicted of the hoax receiving a 12-month prison term.
